Goalkeepers tend to drop the ball on the opposite hand to their kicking foot, and drop it at shoulder/chest height.

They also kick a ball which is one giant sweet spot

Darcy is not a little boy anymore.
Back when I played Club soccer, our keeper would hoof the ball as high as he could…… there was a good chance that when you jump up for a header you’ll end up with either concussion or a spinal injury.
