the thing is, this year we’re seeing players very consciously deciding to stand players up in the tackle and avoid taking them to ground at all.

by lifting his legs and using all his body weight and momentum to effect the tackle Dangerfield was trying to achieve the exact opposite. he was trying to bring Walsh to ground as quickly as possible with both arms pinned.

Whatever he tries to do thereafter to protect Walsh is irrelevant, his decision and actions created the dangerous situation in the first place.

Or. He spent 8 weeks on the sideline and adrenaline got him in the first few moments of the game that lead to him going too far in a tackle.

Perfect / very very likely his last game against Essendon and gets rolled.

It’s gone quiet. Are they giving him a standing ovation for his performance?

They’re all watching him surfboarding in a suit on YouTube and grinning at one another.

They don’t do perjury charges in this “court”.

Dangerfield is in the process of cornering himself

He better be careful, he’ll be cast out.

So Dangerfield is arguing that he is above the law? Arrogant POS

Hold this prick in contempt!

Huh? What was the cross examination? Just the part about pinning both arms??
