either pinning the arms and tackling is a suspendible thing or it isn’t

the tribunal has deemed it to be a suspendible thing way too many time to say it’s now not a thing

this should be an easy appeal to dismiss

David Zita just said that he can’t see how Dangerfield gets off with everything that’s happened and the fact that both arms were pinned.

Did say that Dangerfield put in a massive effort to get off though (I giggled at the choice of wording)
