TV show thread (2022-?)

This.

I streamed it illegally on Stremio, cause I’m gangster, not sure why Disney has delayed the release

Just started TLOU last night. Didn’t want to jump straight into another zombie drama after TWD and the disappointment the came with that.

Very impressive. Pedro Pascal is just brilliant. I had no idea of the story as I never played the game. Looking forward to binging it.

Didn’t watch, but no surprise the Warnie telemovie was so bad. Look at how laughable the casting is:

Steve Waugh

Kevin Pietersen

Michael Clarke

Mark Waugh

Merv Hughes

I seen the Allan Border one and it’s by far and away the worst, but can’t find the image online.

3 episodes in to Mr Inbetween last night, good start. Have 2 week Binge free trial so will aim to smash this out.

I saw and enjoyed Life on Mars.
I did watch some of 24, but agree that the ending was less than impressive to the point where l stopped watching it early in season 2, when it became all too obvious and predictable. The original premise was sound to start with.

I’m not sure how anyone could expect anything different. I saw the ad and my first thought was “Nope”.

Where? Is he behind that tall, skinny guy?

It looks like AB has lost his shoulders as well. I assume it was an injury caused by carrying the team and the hopes of Aussie cricket fans throughout the 80s.

Looks like the bad guy from Where’s Wally.

I liked lost initially, but gave up on it when things got weird.

Looks more like a 1970s Greg Chappell

Yeah, really enjoying it, the last 2 episodes have been fantastic.

I was thinking a young Graeme Wood

Lost is one of my all time favorite shows, also paved the way for the golden age of TV we enjoy today, 1st show to really spend coin on an ensemble cast that filmed on location, was so grand at the time.

I personally loved everything about it all the way through, including the ending, sure there were some questions unanswered but nothing that was crucial to the plot and main characters.

Lost and Prison Break were the 1st 2 shows I ever loved, always good memories thinking back now.
