I was in Savannah not long after the movie was filmed. The guide raved about the generosity of people like Eastwood and Cusack.
The guy who played the judge was actually the lawyer (played by Jack Thompson).

Yep. I love that movie
Sounds like âThe Roadâ
Unbreakable. A superhero movie, before their were superhero movies.
Last action hero- so far ahead of its time.
Prisoners
Bone Collector
Idiocracy
Again. Isnât is a case of being underappreciated rather than underrated? As it was highly lauded and acclaimed, everyone who saw it rated it. I feel like there should be a distinction here?
The Bourne Legacy was the best of the Bourne series of movies, there I said it.
In no particular order or genre:
Robo Cop, ( The original with Peter Weller)
Starship Troopers
The Princess Bride
The Love Bug, (1968 original)
Repo Man
The Man who would be King
Where Eagles Dare
Kellys Heroes
The Outlaw Josey Wales
Yes I have seen that Saucy. Ray Winstone is one of my favourite actors and he is just downright intimidating and scary in Nil By Mouth.
I should have included this in my original post too.
The original Robocop really is underated. Even the second one.
One of my favourites is SPY IN THE SKY starring Helen Mirren . A gripping story of a drone operation in the ME and the ethics decisions made by the operators. Not all that well known but definitely a goody.
Sleepers
Starship troopers is a great shout.
Rocky balboa. Everyone raves about rocky 1 and 2. But balboa is imo the best in the series
Usual Suspects. Not a fan of Spacey but was awesome in this
True. I have no idea how many awards a movie has won, just more of who mentions it in conversation.
Thatâs how i interpreted it too. If a movie has flown under the radar a little or maybe dropped off the planet after initial release.
So âSunshineâ or âEvent Horizonâ fit the bill?
Thanks for the suggestions, all. Few from my end:
Lucky Number Slevin aka The Wrong Man
Seven Psychopaths
Good Time
Brawl In Cell Block 99
Forgotten (Korean flick on Netflix, worth checking out if you liked Parasite, Handmaiden, etc)
+1. cracking movie
as far as 90s comedies go, I reckon Airheads doesnât get as much of a run as it should. Holds up pretty well.
