Lamb and goat are very good.

It’s one thing the north has over the southern states, although both have Snapper, Whiting and Flathead, which are all excellent especially if fresh caught.
But, in addition to Barra, Spangled and Red Emporer, Coral Trout, Threadfin (AKA Salmon), Fingermark, various tropical Cod, Spanish Mackerel, Mangrove Jack… I also rate Golden Trevally, though many don’t.
