A good white, creamy, fish that comes apart with a fork and melts on the tongue, with some mild spices…

Lamb is the worst meat
Correct thread.
I wouldn’t say it’s the worst but not my favourite by a long stretch
Lamb shank is awesome.
Barbecued lamb chops are awesome.
Edit: I’ve had way worse steaks and especially beef than the worst lamb I’ve ever had.
All of the meats and seafoods are wonderful.
There isn’t enough use of meats like camel, goat, and rabbit in Australia.
mushrooms are the king of meats
Mushrooms are dirt-flavoured rubber.
Absolutely. I eat rabbit regularly but my wife hates it.
I do cook up goat curry quite often too but I eat a hell of a lot of Pork. I would think nearly every day I have some form of pork
I haven’t tried camel but we eat rabbit and goat quite a few times throughout the year.
They are wonderful. Especially on the bbq.
No, Human is the worst meat. Very Chewy apparently!
Battered is where your going wrong.
I have no idea why people eat Camel, Goat or Rabbit when theres perfecrly good beef.
Cow is the king of red meat
Depends on how it’s prepared.
I’d much rather eat overcooked lamb than overcooked beef.
You just can’t trust fish I don’t reckon.
Starfish? Silverfish? Crayfish? Shellfish? Cuttlefish? Jellyfish? None of these are fishes.
Seahorse? Now, that’s a fish. Bit of a bugger to fillet, though.
I actually hate the fish taste. The batter hides some of that taste🤣
I absolutely despise the smell of it though I matter how it’s cooked
Well cooked Mahi-mahi (or, dolphinfish) might be the nicest thing I’ve ever eaten in my life.
Not easy to get in Victoria sadly
so brave of you to share this
