Unpopular Opinion

Likely you will be fine, but the risk is greater, particularly with objects or people in blind spots or if you’ve parked beside high sided vehicles.

Regarding holding other people up, I’m not at all concerned about them compared to minimising risk. It’s a few seconds.

I’m not sure why you think there’s a hold up? You’re more likely to have to do a three point turn getting into a park going forward, and reversing out of a car spot, where you have limited vision of a space that is likely to be congested, is going to cause a hold up anyway.

EDIT: What Odoyle and Barnz said

Rarely do you ever have to do a 3 point turn when parking forwards

Some bigger cars and utes don’t have a great turn circle, which can mean two bites of the cherry in a tight car park. Even putting that aside, the fact that you need to back out into congestion vs backing into an empty space makes reversing in the better option in my opinion.

Yes, you’ll be holding them up when you back out slowly.

You reckon??

What about the Twilight series…or the 50 Shades series just to name a few that were worse.

Or (speaking of unpopular opinions) The Matrix series?..

Hmmm…the original Matrix was briiliant…I do like the other three but get that others don’t.

But Twilight man…Vampires that farking glitter when exposed to sunshine???..that’s just so wrong and a point that you cannot come back from.

Fast and the Furious has to be up there. Only 1 great movie in the whole franchise.

Does all that superhero crap count as a series? If so, that’s the biggest waste of time of the lot.

While we’re on movies…

The Hangover wasn’t very good. Didn’t bother with the sequels

Superbad was ahead of its time.

Does Jay & Silent Bob count as a bromance movie?

I loved their movies as a kid. Watch Out, We’re Mad was one of my faves.
