It’s not a bad question and I get where you’re coming from. It’s more to do with circumstances and culture than ethnicity.
Indigenous players face unique challenges and having a senior figurehead that has experienced similar challenges is beneficial.

In majority of cases, yes I agree, but people with a disability may not be able to hold the phone, only have use of one hand and need to use loud speaker if trying to write something down.
Or once when working in a call centre I asked the person I was speaking to, to take it off loud speaker, I can’t they said, I don’t have use of my arms.
I felt terrible for quite a long time.

Reckon on balance everything has gone downhill since the advent of the iphone/smartphone.
