I’ll provide a counter point here. My nearby F&C is run by an Asian family, mostly the Dad and is brilliant. A kids pack is more than enough for me for lunch - flake, dim sim, potato cake and a pile of chips for $7.50. brilliant.
The F&C nearest my previous place was at the end of my court, maybe 100 meters walk. Also Asian run, also ace. Always the extra potato cake with any vaguely decent sized order. How I never got fat is some sort of miracle.

Where can you buy all that for $7.50? The fish alone tends to cost that around me these days.
I believe you were the one, who gave all us eggplant haters, a legit reason to avoid it.

Just polished the pack off. They are no good, not sure where the Parmi comes from, taste like poor chicken flavour, do not bother.

In my experience almost all these limited edition flavored chips taste pretty much like honey soy chicken.

I’ve tried a few of them, and they are all exactly the same. And there’s nothing particularly American about them; they’re just burgers. Melting the cheese into a gloppy mess and putting some kind of ambiguously interesting variant of mayonnaise on them doesn’t make them any more unique.
And then half of them put chicken salt on the chips, lol.
And the soggy brioche.
Who asked for that?

My local is 3rd generation owner and wog. Surprisingly, the only joint that my son actually eats the Fish from.
