Waitning for RFK to take on US agriculture as one of the causes of chronic illnesses and disability in children.

and at the same time the same people who rile against such rules want more strict rules aganist anyone who dares criticise israel for anything they do
the right is full of hypocrisy when it comes to free speech . they don’t know the difference between free speech and hate speech that causes real world problems for minorities .
trump Vance comments on Haitian eating pets is a perfect example of their stupidity . their public comments causes real world backlash based on totally unfounded evidence . at the same time they say dems comments on trump suitability to be president was the cause of his assignation attempts . they simply don’t know the difference that deliberate lies cause . they work on the Costanza theory

Seems about right. Trump won Ohio by 8.1 and 8.2 points in 2016 and 2020.

Not an electorally relevant race in this election as Harris has a negligible chance of winning that state. Neither party will be investing in that state.

One thing going for the US is that it’s hard to win a defamation case based on damage to personal reputation.
The People versus Larry Flynt set the standard.

that’s one way of framing it

another way is ā€œcharged and sentenced over inciting violence against racial minoritiesā€

Hard to not know when it’s staring you in the face. No teleprompters, except the two right in front of me.

Oh it’s happening.

Ok. Pretty standard fear mongering pseudoscience.

Start by saying it was originally derived from coal tar. Clearly we don’t want to feed our kids coal tar, nice emotional manipulation. Completely ignores the fact that modern food additives are created from ultra pure feed stocks.

Then give a list of a dozen different health conditions that we ā€œknowā€ are caused by that dye. Turns out there’s no categorical evidence that this dye causes any of those health conditions.

Then extrapolate that to every other food additive, without any evidence, with claims that the only reason these are used is corruption. Completely ignore the fact that the EU also approves the same ingredients.

I don’t recommend those foods for kids, but this isn’t science, this isn’t how you run a health system. By all means be risk averse, but science is important and what that nutcase just spouted isn’t science.

Natural compounds can be harmful and manufactured compounds can be perfectly safe. Decisions should be made with evidence rather than emotion and social media hype.
