You are required to list all your SM tags on your ESTA application. They do check them and they already know if you are being truthful or not on your application so that can be the difference between the dreaded Quad S stamp or not.

As publicity stated by the US State Department, the grant of a visa doesnāt guarantee entry to the US. There are more checks at the border, including physical scanning ( including eyeballs) and passport scanning .

There is a fit out and equipment cost to employing the physical disabled ( mobility, sight and hearing) The bean counters resent the budgetary cost.
Blame it on the 1981 UN Year of the Disabled, which led to standards in Public buildings.

Lot of red states and quite a few blue been applying the same think to highway and bridge infrastructure for some time from my experience over there. Shouldnāt surprise this adminās going for the most vulnerable every time though.
