Bonkers.
There’s a lot of Tulsi fans, who probably see this as a good thing. What I can comfortably say is that US allies will currently be reducing intelligence sharing with US agencies as they don’t trust key Trump appointments to not share intelligence with Russia. And that’s not me making stuff up, it’s the broad agreement from the retired intelligence community.
This is after Trump appointed a Fox and Friends host as the head of the Department of Defence…
Oh no…. And Matt Gaetz as Attorney General. Wow…
The Republicans have some really good talent on the bench. Many of Trump’s appointees are quite good, but wow… these are terrible.

Reportedly, Trump overruled Security Chiefs to give Kushner top security clearance.
But I don’t think he can entirely drain that swamp, as there are many levels of security above top secret and ways of limiting the dissemination
Also , learnings from last time, keep the briefings to oral to the max possible, particularly when he doesn’t have his team at his side.
He’ll soon tire of Musk being with him on calls.

It’s this sort of stuff that makes some of these (or any politician) a risk. If they are known to have skeletons or prone to getting involved in something that could be used against them. Even the AFL integrity department would see how risky some of these cats are.

If trump becomes unfit to serve during his presidency the VP takes his place.
But what if this happens prior to inauguration in Jan? Does Vance still get elevated to the top job?

If you were a US asset in the Middle East or in Eastern Europe you’d be getting the ■■■■ out of dodge I imagine. Trump or someone in his inner circle shared intelligence that got a bunch of them slaughtered last time.

Reckon the hyperbole around Trump will die down and the next 4 years wont be as turbulent as predicted.
Its as unsavoury as the characters he is and who he has working with him. But that doesnt necessarily mean bad outcomes.
I think a lot of it will be business as usual.

They now have a President that was good friends with Epstein and an attorney general that was nearly charged with sex trafficking.
