I’d love to see them getting down those streets in Arcos de la Frontera in Cadiz Province. We had a midsize and my passenger badly grazed his elbow because the window was open.
That was typical of those, and a lot of other southern European, villages.

It is tempting to classify this as Psychological Projection. Projection is common in such personality disorders as Borderline, Paranoid and Narcisistic personality disorders.
While under professional ethics it is not allowed for clinical psychologists to diagnose Trump without personally examining the patient or publicly divulge the diagnosis, some qualified and brave enough to profer an opinion have publicly said that Trump has some of the characteristics of all 3 .
Having said that, something like 5% of people have personality disorders either chronic in nature or on an episodic basis and its not of itself grounds to do anything about it until they break the law.

The personal consumption expenditures price index, the Federal Reserve’s key inflation metric, showed a gain of 2.1% for the quarter, just above the central bank’s 2% target. Core PCE inflation, which the Fed considers a better gauge for longer-run trends as it excludes volatile food and energy prices, increased 2.5%. The respective numbers for the first quarter were 3.7% and 3.5%.

Final sales to private domestic purchasers, a metric that Fed watches closely as a demand indicator, rose just 1.2%, down from the 1.9% increase in Q1 and the slowest gain since the fourth quarter of 2022. The decline in exports added more than 5 percentage points to the headline number, meaning the trend could reverse in the third quarter.
