He is not threatening them in anyway. His hands can be seen in front of him, first protecting himself from hitting the ground, then protecting his head.

Ok, lets go with a HUGE maybe that the agent who fired didn’t know the victim was disarmed. They still had the guy on the ground 8 v 1 and reasonably restrained, even after shooting him they absolutely flooded the guy with bullets and made damn sure he was dead. To me thats murderous intent.

There’s no discussion. Absolutely no discussion. Don’t allow yourself to be even remotely moved by the suggestion that this was anything other than 6 men assaulting a single man helping a woman and filming them, then one of them shooting the absolute ■■■■ out of him.

You’ve got an armed man on the ground. Well trained police could de escalate from there. These aren’t trained police. So therefore I can understand how it happened. You can pick apart the blame on the government for having them there in the first place.
