The big assumption ant is making is the agent didn’t know he was disarmed.
Ummmm, he is further back than the woman they push towards him, and moving away slowly. He is confronted by one ICE officer before being mobbed.
He did not put himself into anything.
Re: the ice agents being untrained, if that were the case, they shouldn’t even be there. This means those who put them armed and on the street are culpable for murder.

That to me is THE BIG issue with ICE agents. They are untrained but armed.
And TheAnt is trying to justify them being untrained is not really a problem… WTF!!!
And the big assumption that the ICE man made was that 6 of them pinning a guy down and battering his head were insufficient to prevent him from somehow accessing a weapon they couldn’t actually find for 5 minutes while desperately ransacking his corpse and that 5 - 11 bullets were required to eliminate that impossible manoeuvre by the ICU nurse at a veterans hospital.
The other idiots knew straight away old mate had done something hideously wrong.

Armed or not, he’s on the ground, pinned down, surrounded by 8 officers. No excuse.

The biggest ones are that ICE shouldn’t be there in the first place, (illegals are actually in Florida), and they should actually be trained.
It’s in no way the man’s fault but who the ■■■■ enters that situation with a gun. Legal or not.
