Correct. Never been room for more than 3000-4000 at box hill.
With ~80% of that number typically in the work zone or in the (still available) club house…
To me if common sense prevails this game gets played at Port Melbourne. You’d think it could possibly draw 7-8k on a fine day and Box Hill or Dingley can’t cope with those sort of numbers.
That’s the problem. Common sense is not very common.
If it was our home final I’d be taking every competitive advantage available

Not sure if anyone has touched on but outside of the hunger hawks will have as a prelim. Many players would be hoping to play out of their skins for a potential afl prelim call up the next week. Added level of intensity and stakes for them for this game

Saturday will be a tough gig because Hawthorn can use all their listed players because the seniors are in the AFL finals.
They;re not going to use anyone they need for the Prelim unless it is line-ball and the decision rests on their performance.
