Once again our Club has zero idea when it comes to the VFL

From the Melbourne/Casey site:
The VFL side takes on Essendon in round 2 of the VFL season. The Bombers lost their opening game to Geelong by 28 points, and no doubt will be looking to rebound. However, our boys will be feeling confident after dismantling Sandringham by 83 points last week.
The action starts at 3:05 pm, Saturday 2nd April, gates will open from 2:05 pm.

So we get the women’s team that plays Sunday BEFORE we get the VFL side playing Saturday. Go figure!
Casey are on top of the VFLW + VFL ladder, third by percentage on the AFL ladder, and hosting an AFLW preliminary final tomorrow.

Is there a reason the thread title says Sunday 3rd and not Saturday 2nd?

To be fair, we don’t get the VFLW team or injury list news first from the club, either…
Because that is where my game focus is?
If you have to scroll down in the app to find the game, it must be Sunday, right?
It still cracks me up that the five teams at the bottom of the ladder also need to be scrolled to.
Just assumed that was when the team will be named.

Can I assume that the game is not on Kayo? or ch 7?
The live stream of vfl games on the afl website is no good for me. Not sure why, but last week it was so stop start it was unwatchable.
PS I tried to look up Kayo, but couldn’t find anything for vfl

Agree great team on paper. I’ll be pretty disappointed if Dev Smith doesn’t play. Hopefully can add him to the 22
