Our midfield and forward set up is not good and they are not playing well. Losing some of the young guys who have dominated in there is now hurting us. That and disposal efficiency.

Gleeson is ready in my opinion.
Hard to judge purely on touches in VFL because he is too smart for this level.
He gets to places that these VFL players aren’t good enough to use him in.
