Nino, only those on the inside know what happened. I donât. But what I do know, is that this year is going to look very different as we have a new coaching team and a very young squad. We lack mid tier experience as those girls have gone to AFLW. We will be competitive and Iâm looking forward to the season.

I know you get caught up in the emotional side of things @Finding_Nino but you really need to temper your negativity.
You continue to go off at any Essendon team that doesnât meet your required standard without worrying about whether you know the background of things.
You may have noticed that @theDJR gives us an incredible amount of insight into both the VFLW and AFLW teams so itâs little wonder that he gets annoyed when you throw around your negative statements without trying to find out why things are happening.
It doesnât take a rocket scientist to know that Major left, was replaced by Cloke and that a significant number of last yearâs VFLW squad made the jump up to AFLWâŚall that information has been freely available via the club website.
So put your negativity away and just try supporting the team(s) you barrack for.
