Vinyl LP's & 45's

Mono UK pressing. Inserts and wide spine. Very nice sound. :face_with_spiral_eyes: $75, which I thought reasonable.

Nice! I read that mono was the way to go for Pepperā€™s so Iā€™ve got a mono copy.

I believe they spent 3 weeks doing the mono mix, and the stereo mix (this new fandangled thing for the stinking rich only that will never catch on) was tossed-off in 48 hours or similar. McCartney in particular has never happy with the stereo mix.

after researching a bit, iā€™m considering this package setup? seems reasonably well regarded as a player / cartridge?

Price looks good and it has everything you need. My only suggestion is asking them to upgrade the cart to the blue. Its vastly superior to the red.

I enjoyed the red cart for a number of years, but did notice the difference when I got the blue. You could see how satisfied you are and look to make an upgrade later on. Another thing I did recently was get the acrylic platter as another slight sound improvement (and less static). But I enjoyed the original Debut Carbon setup for some time. Canā€™t comment on the amp and speakers, as I sourced them elsewhere.

Yep, I heard the difference immediately after installing the Blue.
Such a simple process to change it alsoā€¦from the Red.

Debut carbon is good! Iā€™ve got it with a pair of ADAM A7X which are fantastic but are over kill, I took them out of my home studio, they monitors for mixing.

Very curious on the little upgrades @mrjez and @bltn have recommended!

Anyone hoping for some sweet vinyl under the tree this year?

Iā€™m pretty sure thatā€™s exactly what Iā€™m getting. Canā€™t wait!

Those Adamā€™s speakers are as good as youā€™re gonna get (unless your a millionaire)

Yeah I I spent a pretty penny on them at the time but I was also aware back a decade or so ago they were hot property.
Iā€™m very pleased I got them and obviously as soon as I stopped making music I was more than happy to use them with my vinyls.

What type of music did you make can I ask?
