It’s odd that they’d go with the title “Craig McDermott…” when the guy in question isn’t known widely to the public, and that there is a public figure of the same name. You’d think they’d clarify that it isn’t the cricketer at least.

Exactly and a good example. When you say Fev got SFA, his reputation was damaged to the point of no recovery. He’ll never occupy a serious position anywhere, ever.
