We should have a Blitz Christmas party there. May need a new reno afterwards, but would be so worth it!
To be honest Baldwin looks to have all the tools but I havenât seen him win his own ball very often, either on the lead in a pack or on the ground. At this stage I think he may take a while to get more game awareness before he gets a chance in the seniors. Still a long time to go before the season starts so that may change as he builds confidence in himself and the game plan.
Love your work as always @nackers . I am sure a day trip to Healesville is soon for a catch up.
Thanks for all the kind comments on our training reports too Blitzers
Rouge Report underwhelming
I donât wanna sound too bullish⌠But next year with Wangas and Daveys will we have the best list in the history of the AFL?
I was thinking about offering something like that, just have to get the place finished first.
Good work Nackers!
Wanganeen forward 50 freakshow is very exciting
We absolutely have a need. Super agile small/med forward with great overhead ability we definitely lack.
Thanks @nackers and everyone who has offered a report all year.
I remember only a couple years ago when we might get a training report every week or two. Now itâs Monday Wednesday Friday we get several per session like clockwork. And itâs a great way to keep the summer without footy interesting. Genuinely a key part of my summer (how pathetic!). Thanks all and Merry Christmas. Donât go far, you are expected to report in for session 1 of 2022.
Excellent work, Nackers. Thanks for the reports, youâll be well aware of how appreciated they are.
And good luck with the new venture. Looks a lovely spot.
For Nackers and and the other saintly group.
Is Tex physically up to standard yet, I know last year and earlier this year it seemed like he was pretty relaxed in terms of how he presented himself. How is his conditioning?
Baldwin hype is fizzling
It was a bit brief.
What can I say. It has all the hallmarks of a Baz Luhrmann production, big, bold, opulent and dazzling at times. There was actually a group of 4 tables at the front that the performers went around to create the feel of a cabaret hall, with the performers going out onto the wings at either side as well to create a real sense of space.
It was all you would expect of world class musical performance. The songs themselves were often just snippets of a number of well known songs worked into the dialogue, often gets humorous laughs from the audience as the song was recognised. But the whole setting was incredible.
Baz Luhrmann, forward or back?
sounds like Baldwinâs not in your round 1 best 22. And Francis recent form probably puts him in as the third forward.
A lot of these kids just need some games under there belt especially the ones that have missed lots of footy.
Imagine sending Baldwin, Eyre, Brand, Caldwell & Tippa to play a couple matches for Tiwi in January. Add some height and raise the standards.
If someone did there knee Iâm sure there would be plenty of complaints.
Classic, the reports have become so popular that youâre sneaking advertising into them!!
This is one of my favourite parts of Victoria. The house looks amazing. Youâll have absolutely no issues filling that.
They sound happy.
I think weâre in for a good year.
Thanks for the report @nackers . We ran a guesthouse for years down here tas. It was Edwardian and we refurbished it with all the original fiddly things to do, but for dad it was a labor of love and he did quite well out of it.
It kept a roof over our head growing up anyway.
Good luck with it all.
It wonât work: you have to name 1 CHF and 2 flankers, not the other way around.
âiâve seen things you people wouldnât believeâ
