Who can be bothered.
He’s staying for at least another couple of years and will likely extend with the Eagles thereafter. They go above and beyond to look after their intestate players and are incredibly well resourced and connected. They don’t lose too many. Certainly not early.
This is just being fanned by a bloated AFL media spewing out clickbait stories every other day because they know the hysteria around his name works for their metrics.
There’s something cooked about a situation where a kid has been at a club for half a season post draft and this is the discourse.
He isn’t a JHF. He seems a loyal kid who will at least put in a decent shift for the Eagles and will see out the process to return them to finals footy and some form of success. Probably similar to Judd.

There aren’t many players in the comp I wouldn’t trade to get Reid. Generational.
But seriously. We’d need to send them a top tier player and multiple first round picks. We’d be looking at with hyperbole the biggest trade deal ever done.

We got the draft picks for Lucas and Lloyd with those kids.
