Started at a new company.

Multiple emails a day that go like this

Group email:
Hey guys, whatā€™s up? We need to have meetingā€¦.can someone set up the meeting? Iā€™m available on Tuesday, 2-4 for whoever is setting up the meeting

Sent to me by my direct reports, or one level below my direct reports:

Hey, ive got a bunch of things I need you to call you about, but thought it might be better to have a meeting. Can you set up one up, Iā€™m free on Tuesday 1-2?

I was thinking more along the lines of ā€œSorry, canā€™t do that time eitherā€. Under no circumstances should you voluntarily offer what times you are available.

Itā€™s like that hilarious email chain where the guy draws a spider as payment for an outstanding invoice and then asks for them to send it back when they refuse to accept it (even though he valued the drawing at the exact value of the invoice). You just need to waste their time and have fun doing it.

Listening to some Shifter Sheehan type person during the week, he was very dismissive of Kako being bid on inside 20.
Thought we were played and that we shouldā€™ve kept our 1st.
