The coaches box were used for EDFL and Cricket.
It probably doesn’t have great floor coverings (carpet or vinyl).
I’m pretty sure the VFL game we played earlier this year had coaches up in the coaches box.
You could be right though. I haven’t seen the inside of the rooms.
Some staff were up in the Reynolds Stand box as usual last weekend.
The worst part of that was Tash Hardy on crutches having to get up the many steps…

I can confirm the coaches boxes opposite the wings do have floors and floor coverings.
They aren’t great, but they are there.
It’s pretty crap and small, but that was back when there was a head coach and assistant coach in the box. Now there’s too many statisticians and line coaches.
I have no idea if the forward pocket stand boxes have floor coverings or floors though.
Cookson Stand bench boards all removed (but not the steel bases) and presumably to be replaced within the next three weeks.

I have no doubt they’ll easily find 1100 people willing to buy one.
Most of them will be 60+ and fondly remember Essendon playing senior footy at the ground. This isn’t something targeted at the majority of the membership base. This is trying to get some of that boomer pocket change.
