I didn’t think he was in our top 5 rubbish senior players today.
Who was in your top 5?
Can anyone explain what his role was today? He wasn’t tagging and he wasn’t on anyone in defense. I couldn’t work out what he was doing.
Parish, Caldwell, McKay and Duursma easily top 4. Then probably Durham or Merrett, both ahead of McGrath but fine margins.
He was being moved between defence and midfield and back again.
Pretty good list. I think mine is similar but Duursma out and McGrath in.
I thought McGrath going into the middle was vital to getting some momentum back in the first half. I thought Duursma pretty much fluffed everything and wimped out of multiple contests. Worst game I’ve seen from him (for us).
Oh ■■■■, I forgot Langford. Definitely #5.
With MCgrath has had great speed and drive but doesn’t have spatial awareness and is frequently over using the ball rather than progressing by foot and he has so many possessions that turn over or lead to turnovers
Great stategic coaching, if so.
Equal second in clearances for us despite only 7th for CBA attendances.
Daicos absolutely murdered our captain with complete disregard
Lucky he didn’t have his kicking boots on today.
He does not ooze anything that is captain material required for this rebuilding club
At the end of the day, he’s had a below average season so far. he should be playing much better.
Just when you really want to see your captain have an impact and step up as a leader, he handballs blind straight to Lohmann who kicks a goal. Great impact.
Leading from the front
He is a fraud also just wanted the captaincy
He’s just an ordinary footballer, who leads a bunch of other ordinary footballers.
If he was drafted at a good club he would have just been a lockdown back pocket. One of the best in the league.
Just shows how poor our list is that we’ve relied on him as a midfielder or as a half back distributor.
Well clearly his fraudulent actions get results
