I thought he might be a shot at pulling this role off a few years back when they tried it, but I didn’t think it’d work this year. I thought he was done.
Has given the forward line exactly what it was missing.
Its hard not to love this guy, I reckon he’s layed some of the best crunching tackles - at key moments too - of any Essendon player in recent memory.

Never seen this guy hang his head. Always gives it everything, whether back or forward. Difference is, when you are getting balls flying in from everywhere at great rate as a defender and you are running your ■■■■ off trying to plug the leaks, you don’t look that good. Well done Bags, as usual and always.
