Would’ve obviously preferred a win, but Trev scored well and that’s that.
Our list is currently a little unbalanced with NWM a dedicated “Centre” but that should change quickly with “defender” added if Lyon is definite about his role at half back. That will then allow Rachele a spot in the 18, who seems to be confirmed as getting more midfield minutes in only year two. Coupled with Martin seemingly picking up where he left off in 2022, we may have our three early picks from the 2022 draft as prime movers in our rebuild pretty quickly.
We’re also watching Hawthorn with interest as their dismal effort may make a Josh Weddle debut arrive earlier than expected.
Rozee looked good , as we both hoped/expected , and Ward was a decent contributor.
The downside is obviously the Wright injury, and Pickett’s brilliant 120 will not be replicated for a few weeks at best. Plus the defence is a bit ramshackle , at least until the NWM move , and Hall returning from injury. But happily, Bergman did enough to suggest Clarkson will back him in for another week.
Move on to Round 2, try to get my head around The Bench interface and hopefully score a little better.
Ok so we are ready to go with LTI and Waiver/FA. Unfortunately we can’t use The Bench like we used to with UF so we will have to make the best of what we have.

We have lost a lot of the automation we had with UF so be patient with me, i will do my best and try not to screw it up.
For this week only @The_Melkman will get first pick of the LTI as he still hansn’t had the opportunity to pick since the draft. After he picks then everything will revert to normal.
