However you can still place Weller on LTI as you’ve only got Membrey on there currently.

Team selection didn’t quite go as well for me as intended.
I could be 3 defenders short at worst and most likely to be short 1 defender and maybe have a sub or 2.
I thought Flynn might be an emergency, but it looks like he’ll gain fitness through VFL.
I thought Dev Robertson would at least be named as sub, but he’s been dropped completely.
Oleg Markov has been dropped to emergencies.
Luke Foley is an emergency as well. I was hoping he’d be in the 22.
Parnell is on the EIC which is cool.
The big surprise is Brayden Cook. He’s a 2024 prospect for me and I was expecting him to get a look in this year whilst Adelaide are performing well. His form in SANFL has tailed off a bit and he’s an in and named on the field.
Still don’t get what Sharp has to do to get a game. Even a sub spot would be handy for him.
Selection not kind to me either, Cripps injured, Billings and Greenwood not picked and Ziebell dropped. Would’ve been nice to not have to rely on Stringer, Cottrell and Daniels again.
A shame that I can’t get my best side on the park against CB, would be nice to go close but don’t think I’ll get him - looking forward to his Dogs players going nuts tonight like the last time we played.

Bad luck this week CB, basically the inverse of our earlier season match up with two in game subs v one and a very close loss but you were very stiff, didn’t think I was much of a chance at all through the weekend but you had a lot go well under average.
Probably likely to meet at some stage in the run home, hopefully that is full strength v full strength for a proper duke out.
Happy with this week. Just getting our best team together at the right time. Never easy to knock off Trots
I was pleased too. Scored 1459 with no Laird, Short or Byrne-Jones. Plus an 11 from Shuey.
Hopefully get a couple back this week and Goldy keeps his spot.

Without Kennedy and Green, and to a much lesser extent Powell and Lynch, our cue is largely in the rack no matter what we do. Rioli will miss matches too.
Nice to get another win though. Not once this season have we fielded our preferred lineup. And the generally difficult website has limited our enthusiasm to pursue free agency research , and a death in the family just as the trade period opened wiped out any remaining interest, so we’ve spent more or less the entire season juggling a hobbled squad from round 1. Not sure if that’s a positive , in a weird way, or not.

This round is based on the ladder at the end of Rd 17, so all games should, in theory, be winnable for both sides.
The deviations from that ladder are due to CB & Stoops and Mad & Jeff being unable to play each other 3 times. Both of those games swapped opponents with wimm-Dill & Trotters-Dunlop - Dill took the lower ranked club (Jeff) and CB (as the then top side) was allocated the team with the lower For score (Trotters).
If @Alber_Goodthur makes finals it’ll be his first post-season since 2017, whilst both @topdon and @redbull are striving to make their finals debut.
