#21 Dyson "Go jam it” Heppell - 200th game this week (Part 1)

Good on you, mate.

He’s playing well. Was good again today.

do you really scroll weeks/months back through threads just to go haha your wrong? lol

has nothing on the guy that went through the hooker thread and quoted everyone.

It’s not so much saying haha your wrong.

It’s saying be better about the crap you spout on here in the first place.

Some of the stuff written on here about our players is disgusting but to say it about our captain when he was fresh back from significant injuries is just plain disrespectful.

Koschitzke kicked 3.2 on Ridley. Could have 5 goals if it wasn’t for the 2 bad misses.
Point= Heppell played well.

Who were Lav, BZT and Stewart playing on then?

They were nearly all consecutive posts so it was easy.

Ran 5th most km,s for the day yesterday too, not bad for an old boy :grinning:

BZT had Breust for a little while but they were all rolling on to different opponents so often it was unclear at times who was on who. Ridley had Kozi for long stints

I noticed he was slow yesterday in Tasmania. A few Dawks players ran past him
I hope he is OK?

He’s never been particularly quick, likely his injuries havent helped that either

I’d say theres a strong chance that his normal pace now

Was so spewing he didn’t kick that goal, would’ve been awesome!

He can kick one to seal us the win next week

Should’ve passed it off to Tippa

Best game by Heppell since he 1st sustained serious injuries 3 years ago!

Heppell has slowed down a bit but he can still do really useful things and contribute to the team. He is a good stabilizer.

I was just responding to the post above regarding something being wrong with him re lack of pace

Not implying anything beyond what I said

Saw that as well, but he was in range and entitled to have a shot, he didn’t miss by much. The thing l am most enjoying about his game right now, is his vision, of seeing how things will unfold in front of him. Therefore his lack of foot pace isn’t so much as a factor as he makes up for it with speed of thought/decision making. His disposal appears to have improved as well, as the ball looks like it is getting through the air a little quicker.

Captain Cool

He also reverted back to not being able to kick over a jam tin for goal which makes me worried about his groins.
