Believe it or not there are Blitzers in the voting that don’t rate Parish a single vote…if you wanted to see which Blitzers are strugglers between the ears, go have a look.
1 actually gave Perkins a vote over Parish…morons

Yeah I know right, it’s not like there were 21 other blokes having a red hot crack and maybe some of us have differing opinions. Crazy.
Well most commentators gave him 3. Blitzers giving Zac 3 and Parish 0 clearly have another agenda…let me rephrase, they are absolute imbeciles
Reckon you could justify giving 18 blokes some votes last night mate. Just because some votes didn’t align with yours isn’t the end of the world.
Darcy was probably BOG but there were other very strong contributors too.
Archie played well for 16 possessions, Parish 11 clearances, 36 possessions … yer sounds completely ridgy didge.
They are making a mockery of it.
Merrett and Parish are both in such amazing form that there will be a lot of vote stealing going between the two.
If you’re referring to most commentators being absolute imbeciles then I heartily agree.
So not #1 in anything hey!
We should have taken Oliver.
Not everyone votes for the exact same reasons. Some people like to spread it around a little, others like to ‘reward’ improvement, some like to highlight kids, while others will pick up on the more spectacular plays. Basically - it isn’t an aligned voting system. Just like in a democracy, the overall ‘colour’ of the votes makes the whole.
Oliver doing well for sure. It helps the Dees have only lost 1 game this year (should have been nil if the umpire at the Adelaide game had any guts to pay deliberate).
having Parish become a legitimate threat makes things that much harder for the opposition each week.
imagine if we had one or 2 more operating at that level…
Kelly?
He is some player.
The great thing about Parish’s year has been the effect it has had on the dynamic within the midfield.
Parish is now the clearance king we have been waiting for since Watson had retired, this allows him to get the ball out to the more speedy midfielders like Mcgrath, the great ball user in Merrett or the X Factor in Stringer, depending on who is playing in there
It is really exciting moving forward what ends up happening with the midfield once everyone is back and healthy.
Do you have McGrath and Shiel on the wings so that Caldwell can go into the center with Parish and Merrett
Does Caldwell go into the role Parish was playing 50-50 forward and mid.
Langford has shown a fair bit in the last two weeks especially being that bigger midfielder, do him and Stringer rotate through the forward line…
I know there is always injuries and you need 9-10 midfielders in any given game, such a good problem to have though
Wait for Brownlow night, after 2 games Dusty and Taylor Walker sharing the lead on 6 votes, DP3 with 0, Blitzers will be panicking and blaming the umps.
Patience young grasshoppers.
I really don’t understand how Dev Smith got traded in and straight into the middle ahead of Darcy. Dev should be playing Darcy’s old role when he comes back. Shiel into Zaka’s spot. Caldwell? Mcgraths spot. Mcgrath into Waterman’s spot.
That’s the best way I see it working out?
I can’t believe we are talking about Parish winning a Brownlow this year as one of the best players in the comp. And it’s not crazy talk too as at this stage of the year he is a legitimate chance.
His rise from the ashes has been like a bloody magical phoenix
Imagine if Shiel didn’t get injured… He still wouldn’t be getting inside time… Crazy.
