Coaches.

This is what people don’t understand. This is now the second coach not to play him, despite apparent good form in the VFL and the AFL team being crap.

Also, there was no suiters for him last year. Every club has seen him play at VFL level yet non wanted him. What does that say?

Jobe had played 13 games by the time he turned 21.
Tsatas had played 16.

Now in their 4th season after already turning 21 it changes a bit, but given Jobe was second in the Crichton that year I’d say he earnt it.

Well the sub rule didn’t exist when Jobe was around, but of their first 3 years.

Tsatas - 16 games, 5 under 60% gametime
Watson - 13 games, 6 under 60% gametime.
