Well the sub rule didn’t exist when Jobe was around, but of their first 3 years.

Tsatas - 16 games, 5 under 60% gametime
Watson - 13 games, 6 under 60% gametime.

We really need to give Jobe Watson to Tsatas as a mentor like we have done with Lloyd for Caddy.

Jobe also learned to kick. Apparently Tsatas is trying to. With Jobe it worked. With Tsatas, unfortunately it’s not working. He’s better, but nowhere near what’s needed.

How can people be so blind to not see that this bloke is finished at Essendon.

In the last two weeks both Parish and Caldwell are out and he still can’t get a look in our midfield.

Tsatas is VFL standard. He has no place in our midfield going forward with Sharp, Robey, Duz, Martin and Caldwell. I’d also prefer Roberts, ADW and even Setterfield ahead of Tsatas.

I’ve been a big supporter of Tsatas, his kicking isn’t a big concern for me. Biggest concern is defensive intensity for mine.

But looking forward our midfield will be Durham, Robey, Sharp and likely Gus Teixeira and Koby Berwick. So I am confident in our midfield without Tsatas. I think another club will pick him up though after he is delisted. After the next 2 drafts our midfield is set but we need to address some key position needs still. One more gun key forward and another gun key back.

This is my biggest concern. Poor kicking is just about the biggest liability in modern football. I’d forgive his lack of defense if he was an elite kick…unfortunately he’s ■■■■ at both

I hope all those boys come along too, it’s very early to make that call but there’s promise, like many of our other players showed early. Tsatas is better than vfl but it looks like we’ll never give him more than 22 scattered chances to prove it, while giving consistently failing players endless chances to fail.
