Footscray Rd outside Costco is flooded…again…still. It is fun to watch the big trucks carrying shipping containers go thru, it is laugh inducing when small cars try to do the same.

Lol. Cleaned them out a week ago.
It’s a typical Northcote flat roof extension. One gutter that has no fall, one downpipe for half a 3 bedroom house.

We had absolutely smashing rain for about 5 mins then nothing.
Fair dinkum if I wanted to live in Singapore I would move there!
Very little here in outer east. A few sprinkles as I was about 3/4 of the way through mowing the lawn. Close enough to finishing so I just soldiered on. Never developed into anything much. I got more wet from the sweat… if I wanted this humidity shiit I’d move to Queensland. Hate it…

I planted a whole lot of vegies today, so I was hoping for a good drenching. Thunder all over the place, but as far as rain goes - it rained lightly for about 15 mins and then nothing. Watched the BOM radar as the big storm cell slid off to the south. All very anticlimactic.
