Unless there is a paywall of some sort in front of it, all podcasts should run on the regular feeds.
Sacked podcast is soo good.
Brendan McCartneys episode is half just saying how awesome Bomber was as a coach.
sports wars is pretty good, apart from the dramatised bits but thats like 1-2 minutes out of 30 so not bad.
Big disrespect to djokos existence tho.
I havenât heard sports wars, but Iâve listened to a few Business wars ones, and yeah⌠Those âreenactmentsâ are just cringeworthy, which is weird, because everything else about the production is slick AF.
Yes the re-enactments are off but they do help to add context to what was happening. They also break up the monotony of just having the single voice talking to you.
They are a good idea, just very poorly implemented.
Hire some decent voice actors, ffs, and a director.
Quality shows aside from that minor gripe.
also seems a very american slant on how things would actually have been.
I like âThe Sashâ and the general vibe of the show.
But, does anyone else find Mert to be a bit of a shallow bag of bricks?
For some reason i always feel like heâs putting on some sort of pseudo big man persona, itâs really grating to listen to.
This guy is the most amazing person everâŚhe is forest gump
Yep. Loved the bit where he asks all the fielders to sit down or move in so he can just strike the batters out. But the guy was off his rocker.
New podcast for Scrubs fans.
Fake Doctors, Real Friends
Zach Braff and Donald Faison (JD and Turk) going through and watching one episode per week
For fans of the American Office, they have the same thing with the Office Ladies where Pam and Angela watch one episode per week
The Dollop is a great suggestion, thanks a lot for this!
Errol Flynn was a douche
Burke and Wills was amazing
THE RUBE!
I canât emphasize this enough. Listen to THE RUBE episode.
He almost needs a 13 part series. Too much craziness for one episode.
13 Minutes to the Moon
This is a pretty neat podcast by the BBC going into the details and the final decent to the lunar surface. It builds on some pretty incredible stories of what they needed to achieve and how so much work went into making the last few seconds a success. Never been interested in the moon, but this just makes for an amazing story
Was the first one I listened too.
If youâre up for some genuine time wasting stupidity I recommend Phone Hacks and The Little Dum Dum Club.
I just posted this in the Space thread, and Iâm double posting in case you donât frequent that thread. An excellent space podcast on the moon landing.
For all the people who religiously watched and lived by the life lessons of âScrubsâ
I have good news for youâŚ
While a revival of the show isnât likely, Zach and Donald have teamed up for a podcast and will watch the series from season 1 with an elected cast member as guest host each episode.
Itâs one the podcasting highlights of the year for me. Highly recommend for those who were fans.
