The LG G4 is pretty good.
Price dropped $1,800 (from $5,295 for the 65") in the Black Friday sales.

Might be arm and a leg.
This oneās featured on enough websites āas the bestā to probably not be a paid promotion.
Another very strong sucker is a Samsung
The Samsung 75 Jet is apparently best buying unless you need some sort of specific feature. About 600 dollaroos
Source: all the usual tech reviews places.
Looking at the boxing day sales myself.
I think the Samsung looks about the best bet for me.
As far as i know the bravia 8 uses the LG C4 panel ( woled ) Only samsung use the qdoled panel as sony dropped their top of the line a90 which used the samsung qdoled panel last year
Thanks, The Samsung 65-inch AI S95D OLED is also a potential buy and the price has dropped at HN and JB etc. this week. Not sure if there will be further reductions Boxing Day.
Anyone got recommendations for a good (great for sleeping) sofa bed?
Give this joint a try.

RIP sweet prince
Donāt buy one of the futon style ones, they are rubbish to sit on and sleep on. Get either the fold out sofa bed with the springs (good ones are pricey though), or the option I would take, a normal sofa and a self inflating blow up mattress. Slightly more involved than a simple fold out sofa bed , but you end up with a comfortable sofa and a comfortable bed that can be adjusted from soft to firm depending on the preference of the guests.
???
Canāt be both self-inflating and require someone to blow it up. Unless you are talking about use of explosives? Dangerous for a suburban domestic situation.
Yep get a comfortable, normal couch, and a big blow up mattress.
We got one from Aldi with an inbuilt electrical inflator. Plug it into the wall and up she goes in a minute. Itās very tall, maybe knee height or higher, so feels close to a normal bed. Benefit is you can also have it in any room at home and take it places with you.
The best one I slept on was a fold out futon on a couch. The futon formed the back and seat , a simple movement to unfold.
I ended up buying an LG Cord Zero A9 Lite. $799 marked down to $599. I bought it yesterday, assembled it today and tested it. I like it. Assembly was incredibly easy, there are two batteries so you can swap them over if you start to run low, and it seems to work really well, even on standard power. There are two higher power modes if needed. Thereās a vacuum mop attachment to pick up small spills of water but I havenāt tested that yet.
Came in an amazing amount of packaging.
Koala Sofa bed.
They are great. The sofa is mainly used as a bed, when not in use itās just a nice quiet spot to read a book.
Only downside is whats mattress lays down flat on the floor. So you should have clean floors/pop a rug under them.
But that also makes them heaps more comfortable than the elevated ones (which I donāt think make good couches or beds - personal opinion but those ones have too thin a mattress)
Thanks.
Mrs THT suggested this one.
I read some reviews that were good (comfy, easy set up) and bad (the sofa slopes forward), so Iām still undecided.
I think they have a āno questions askedā return policy, so might be worth the free hit.
I dunno about sloping forward but I find them really comfy.
And super quick and simple to setup.
Would buy one again if that helps.
Koala sofas come with no screws as well they have these really neat dials and everything connects together well.
Well made
Anyone here use blindsonline.com.au (aka Tuiss) before?
Hey @Soulnet , yep, we used blindsonline about 6 months ago. Bought a roman blind which took about 2-3 weeks from ordering to delivery. They emailed every stage of the process.
We also took up the $5 sample offer beforehand to make sure the colour swatch was what we wanted.
Pretty sure we used PayPal, pay in 4 as payment also. So was confident that if anything was off we were protected.
Overall was pretty happy with the process. If you are handy with a drill and tape measure, you should be ok.
