We have large contracts with the ADF and that falls under my domain so have a lot of interaction with ADF personnel and ASC staff and whilst they will admit there has been mistakes made along the way they are pretty happily overall with how things are going. There is always opportunity to trim the fat and streamline things. The ADF does waste a bit of money on logistics but they won’t listen to experts

ICAC is most definitely a priority but it’s not going to be the silver bullet that people think IMO. Still needs to happen ASAP though

If it does have teeth, well…might be an interesting few years of continual referrals on past MPs. LNP might end up tied up in publicity scandals for years
