Iran monstered them in the second half. Itakura had a nightmare game, involved in giving both goals away. Like Arnold, it’s time for Japan to fark their manager off.
Watching the EPL is so so so much better than the crap being dished up in the Asian Cup. Spurs are so nice to watch.

Qatar beat Iran 3-2 in a massive upset IMO
Jordan and Qatar in the final. Have those nations actually improved? Was it luck? Or is it a reflection of the state of football in Asia?
Qatar won the last Asian Cup but that was also in Qatar.
Generally speaking the West Asian/Middle Eastern teams will perform well at home against the East Asia teams.
The Socceroos have had some absolute stinkers in the middle east. A few WCQ against Jordan stand out
