Break the swear filter - Review thread v Woofers

Gotta pat the millennials on the back when they do something good or they will complain…

They all went to good schools though.

And ask for an apology from the CEO for stating the obvious.

Our forward line is too slow with 3 key talls. Hooker has to go back. Also helps keep brown out of the side. Dogs and Freo have walzed out of our forward line with not enough pressure

It wasn’t obvious to me on TV but when the doggies players were ripping right Into Stringer, did any of our guys back him up?

the this to Whoosha.

Staple it to his head.

When supporters started accepting that making up the numbers in finals is ok

This. They tried to give us board members, they gave us the coach.

Honestly don’t renew anyone up for contact this year.

The message will get through soon enough.

Did anyone back up Zac Merrett when he got front-ended with his head over the football?

“And not having some senior midfielders through there, like Watson…”
Woosh, I’ve got some real bad news for you.

That day, for me was the darkest day in our clubs history. Not so much that X apologised, but that our players got so upset that he had to do it when all he did was say what all the supporters thought.

I played footy for 20 years, if I put up a performance like that in any game I would have expected to have my ■■■■ eaten.

We are so soft

We haven’t fought for years. We’re timid pushovers.
Our whole team is like the cowardly Corporal from Saving Private Ryan.

I think your pretty close here but in saying that I think Woosha press conference was pretty scathing in a PC read between the lines way.

When I was very young went to my first match at Windy Hill in 1949, always loved the bombers since then, they were my team. Don’t seem like a team anymore, it’s like they have never played together or know or care what the other person is doing. Been through all the saga crap, survived but slightly mental now. BUT for some reason today has just about finished it for me… dreadful performance, I don’t think many of them play for the red and black jumper, just there for the hopeful personal accolades. Put BJ in charge.

It was dominating last year though, we ar structuring it differently his year and using two high forwards instead of two in the arch and one for the hitup mid ground.

Looks like we put up with the same ■■■■ from both our teams! COYI!!!

So, you’re totally cool with him laughing after that F up then, Totally cool, like lets not say anything bad to Joe cos he could possibly maybe kick a lot of goals one day. Isn’t this exactly problem. Heppel the same, a captain who has been weak in key moments. I love him but Tippa too is not putting in hard enough. They’re grown men for fark sake.

This is my point.

Same problem from JLT1, Fremantle and now today.

Confusion.

Confusion by the players not understanding what they are meant to do.

Something is clearly not right in getting the message from the coaches to the players. If they do not understand the game plan then either change the message, explain it better, change the game plan, and/or change the players.

I suggest you test the players individually to see whether they can explain back what the are meant to do. Not a collective group cry of “YES WOOSHA” during the team meeting.

One on one - ask and get them yo talk you through it to see what they actually understand.
One-on-one see them do it.

This confusion needs to be sorted out asap.
