Jim Marshall died again?

huh.

Jim Marshall is Penny’s brother?

James Charles “Jim” Marshall, OBE (29 July 1923 – 5 April 2012) known as The Father of Loud[3] or The Lord of Loud,[4] was an English businessman and pioneer of guitar amplification.

Lol. Seems there might be someone out there taking the pisss.

Google brings it up on a number of news sites & forums in the past 2 days.

Arseholes, … or accident?

R.I.P John Clarke.

Absolutely gutted. He was a genius. Possibly the sharpest Australian comic of all time.

Can’t believe it. Surely this is just one of his bits and he turns up somewhere tomorrow cracking gags.

New Zealander, but I won’t hold that against Fred Dagg.

Ditto otherwise.

He’s claimed as an Aussie.

Can I also suggest that any funeral procession be “about” 100 metres long? He would dig that enormously.

The character he portrayed in The Games is still burned into my brain approaching 20 years later.
