They’ve been incredibly vague re the injury to Grima. Hurt his hip apparently but that’s about all we know - would be handy if he was available this week.
A shame that there was no VFL this weekend - I wonder if Francis will get his chance in a baptism of fire against the Hawks. Alternatively, I’d look to bring in Jamar or McKernan in to play forward and swing Brown back into defence, just for this week.
Kelly comes in for Crowley, I think Tippa will cop a week (and would’ve been rested anyway), plus maybe one more change to whoever doesn’t get up in time with the short turnaround coming back from WA.

What? He (Stokes) actually played well pre-injury. I think he’d need a vfl run first but he wasnt ‘disapointing’ earlier.
Not to mention Crowley did a hammy and is out anyway.

Stokes has been very disappointing. For a guy with as much experience as he has, regularly goes to ground, doesn’t do the 1%s, doesn’t put in off the ball. As of right now, Just doesn’t deserve a game in our side. If he goes back to the vfl and puts in 3 really good game and puts in the required effort then by all means, pick him.If he plays like he did earlier in the year- he is just taking up a a spot in the team.
Stokes has been fine, very serviceable. Not sure why you think all that.
