Prospects for India’s match against New Zealand in Nottingham on Thursday look even worse with the Met Office issuing a “Yellow warning” for rain.
“Spells of heavy and persistent rain have the potential to bring flooding and disruption to transport in places,” the weather forecasting body explains.
More disruption to the cricket seems inevitable.

Pakistan have won the toss and will bowl first. Big test for the top-order.
Richardson and S.Marsh in for stoinis and Zampa
I quite like this team. Batting is stronger, Stoinis was in terrible form and his wickets flattered his economy as he got both in the very last over last game. S Marsh boosts the middle order.
Only weakness is that we’re forcing ourselves to get 10 overs from Maxwell (with maybe Smith the other option). Otherwise Zampa only bowled 6 overs last game for 50 runs and was carted.
I can’t escape the feeling that the loser of Khawaja/S Marsh makes way for M Marsh next game.
