You get condensation if you freeze it.
It lasts long enough in airtight.
Nothing like the aroma of freshly ground coffee from a grinder.

Or just a bag of beans in the car on a moderately warm day.
The smell is often better than the taste.
Honestly, ground coffee goes to ■■■■ in minutes.
Roasted beans in about 2 months.

Post proper plebiscite, I believe it sets in, in about 3 months, … with a postal one however, you could have a grace period of up to 6 months, … but it isn’t binding.
