I need some advise on the best Photo Sharing site for the following purposeā¦
Lately, i have been scanning a multitude of old photos of a family member that has passed away.
Rather than me having to send different pics to different people via text/email etcā¦, it would be easy if i (or my mum) could direct them via a Link to a site whereby they could choose to download whichever pics they wish.
The only stipulation i have is that they should be downloadable in the quality i have Scanned/Uploaded them. Usually between 1 - 2 mbs per pic.
Suggestions ?
Do you need it to last forever? IMGUR etc end up deleting it, which might or might not be a problem.
Do the family/recipients mostly have FB/IG? That stuff stays up forever. But thereās the slight barrier to access of needing an acct.
Many will be older Italians that i would guess donāt have Facebook.

I would think a few months would be plenty of time.
Anyone that sees the Slideshow Tribute (now on YT) may want select pics out of that.
The beauty of a photo sharing site is i can upload plenty of historical pics that missed the Slideshow, that people would be interested in having.

Google what people think of them.
Maybe also consider wordpress?

the recipient wouldnāt need an account if you were ok with it being a non-restricted folder
