I’m curious, do you think she was exaggerating or telling the plain truth? One of the things I love about the Australian game is that fans can mingle. If that wasn’t always the case, I’m curious when it switched.

I believe she believed it, and she would have known. She was a huge ■■■■ Reynolds fan. and attended games religiously up until mum was born (and afterwards when she could, especially if Coleman was playing).

I suspect it was a handful of psycho die-hards rather than outright gang war on the streets, but I certainly believe it happened. The world was different back then.
