Is there an airspace issue with any countries these flew over? I know some countries wouldn’t be happy with missiles flying over them

Saudi Arabia and Jordan wouldn’t want Iran missiles in their Airspace I would have thought.

Jordan shot down some Iranian rockets

I don’t think it’s gonna matter much.

There’s a big split in the Muslim world. I’m out of my depth here, but my understanding is the Sunni Muslim countries are generally aligned against Iran.

None of those in the region want a war to be fought over their heads and seem to be intervening largely to make Iran’s attacks less effective and thus hopefully prevent collateral damage to their countries in a larger war.

I’m sure they don’t want rockets flying over them, but they know the end game.

I know from our many visits to Qatar that the locals are absolutely terrified of Israel and whilst a lot of it may be bluff they firmly believe that Israel has the capacity to actually level the whole region if the end is upon them. The last thing anyone in the region or in fact the world needs is for escalate much more

Iraq factions are also engaged, part of the so-called Axis of Resistance. The Islamic Resistance has been constantly involved in conflicts with US forces in Iraq, reaching to the US base in the West.
Just about everyone is involved in Syria

El Pais has a series of informative apolitical articles on the conflicts in the region and Sudan

The Palestinian was from Gaza and was killed in Jericho when the debris fell directly on him. There is video online if you are so inclined.

1 other casualty was a Jordanian man killed in Jordan when one of the missiles stuck his house.
