Meanwhile, the US has stated ( IIRC Trump) to wait for the Sunday talks.
This was the explanation given for evacuating civilians and their families from some ME locations.

Lets all pray they actually dont have nukes, even crude ones ready to roll

Yep, I was speaking to friends in Qatar about this recently and they like most they know on Qatar want to see the destruction of Iran so I can see some countries starting to pick sides and for this to escalate further.
We leave for Qatar next week so a tad uneasy currently

JFC this is very worrying

As reported in Al Jazeera, the Israel guidelines are limited to ‘essential activities’. They exclude educational and workplace locations, except for ‘essential business’
US sources advised that the US was not militarily involved, but was informed.
It is unclear whether nuclear sites had been hit, although there is reporting on the locations ( to the north of Tehran).
To date, backgrounding of US MSM has not revealed any strikes on nuclear sites as such.
In the more recent past there was a report of a strike on an Iran nuclear research facility.
Australia’s response, a statement from Penny Wong, is to the effect of alarm at the escalation,

Some Arab reports are indicating several senior leaders of the IRGC have been killed

Nothing new on Israel hitting Yemen. Israel responds to Houthi missile attacks on Israel.

Good grief

This is very bad news but I think it’s Iran that should be praying

Lindsay is very excited by war stuff. Lots of big men and guns.

Agreed, Iran will suffer enormously. Chances of dirty bombs being delivered back the other way probably just increased a thousand fold.

Hopefully that two-way ■■■■ passes peacefully over Jordan to reach its destinations (or ideally, blows up when launched).

Allegedly: back channel government chats amongst world leaders, including the US and UN is that Iran had reached the point where they could begin building up to 15 bombs. Hence the UN Watchdog report.

Reportedly:
Fereydoun Abbasi, former head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, has been assassinated.
Among the targets of the assassinations:
:black_small_square:The Chief of Staff - Bagheri
:black_small_square:The Commander of the Revolutionary Guards - Salami
:black_small_square:Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council - Samchani
:black_small_square:Scientists.

Bloody scary times, hope it can simmer down and everyone over there can stay safe but these two don’t have the best track record of that
