Injury Updates

LOL… Must have been having a bad yesterday. I was a little tough on them.
@Blummers32 thanks for the info

Shiel the big concern, not getting back into training until Feb. Pretty much no pre-season for him.

Shiel being injured 'til Feb shouldn’t be concerning anyone because it’ll also mean we pump games into Tsatas (as we should be doing, anyway).

And when we break Tsatas after round 10 Shiel should have his load up.

Shiel is interesting, if not for his injuries would be in a saints jumper now.

I really hope he takes next year seriously and does everything to get his body ready for foott because it’s his last shot, make or break for him.

No reason to be playing Shiel early next season.

Was told by a very reliable source today at training that he has had a soft tissue injury (calf) but it is not serious.

Our first major injury of 2024. So devastating for Hunter to do his ACL, it seems. What a loss! He was looking good to challenge for a spot in the AFL. The only compensation is that it gives an opportunity to pick up a pre-season or mid-season pick. We wish Hunter all the best in his recovery.

Good thing we have Voss as a back up…oh wait.

Yeah. He would have been perfect for the VFL team.
I guess Caddy takes his spot.

Caddy is the logical replacement. It’s a real shame for Hunter, there were big raps on him.

Waiting for the annual club statement proclaiming, ‘_________ has presented with minor hamstring tightness, so we’re taking a cautious approach.’ We all know what that means.

Saying Caddy would replace him is funny. Caddy was already ahead of him.

Statement?

We know it is going to be significantly more than one. Statements that will begin to peak in that early February-mid March period.
