Lunch

Fruit salad is one big ■■■■■■ mushy everything-tastes-the-same mess literally 4 minutes after making it.

Unprepared today. Picked random container out of the freezer, was a portion of left over bolonese sauce from ages ago. Winner on toast.

Pumpkin soup. Very natural, very healthy.

In fact. I would have to say that was the best bowl of pumpkin soup I have ever had in my life.

Had left over roast beef. Sliced it into strips last night and made a stir fry with snow peas, carrot, capsicum, zucchini, red onion, red cabbage and bean shoots. Drizzled it in oyster sauce and sprinkled with Chinese five spice powder. Magnificent. Get to revisit it at lunch time today.

Left over meatlovers pizza with cheesy crust

I overloaded on carbs today. Reminder to self. Do some serious exercise.

Sanga with smoked salmon, avocado, cream cheese and capers. Fancy.

BBQ chicken and greek salad

Two fried eggs and baked beans on toast. On the toast under the eggs a nice amount of grated parmesan cheese. 

Broccoli.

Stop it immediately.
